Ethnic wear is the Indian traditional dresses that are worn on the occasions of festival, marriages and other traditional events. It represents the culture or identity of a specific ethnic group. Indian traditional wear is diversified according to different states and cultures. Women's ethnic wear include sarees, Choli(blouse) and lehenga, salwar and kameez, Churidaar, Anarkali dresses. Indian Men's ethnic wear includes Kurta, dhoti/lungi(in south India), Jodhpuri, Pheta and many more. Nowadays people want to try something new every day, be it a normal working day at the office or any special occasion like a wedding or a festival. Traditional days are being celebrated even in offices where employees are encouraged to wear ethnic dresses. Kids can wear western dresses as well as traditional dresses in school functions and other events such as kids fashion shows, outings and travelling.
